Because “no” is a complete sentence.
The holidays are coming, and with them come expectations, obligations, family dynamics (aka the drama), and pressure to do all the things.
But what if this November, you gave yourself permission to say no?
NO-vember is an interactive workshop focused on learning the ins and outs of setting boundaries, recognizing your capacity, managing guilt, and learning to prioritize your needs without feeling like you're letting everyone else down.
We'll explore why saying no can feel so uncomfortable, how people-pleasing and nervous system responses influence our decisions, and practical ways to communicate boundaries with confidence.
What we'll cover:
Why saying no can trigger guilt, anxiety, or discomfort
Recognizing your limits before you reach burnout
Understanding people-pleasing and the automatic yes
Setting boundaries without overexplaining or apologizing
Practical strategies for navigating holiday expectations
You'll leave with greater awareness, practical tools, and a little more confidence to protect your time, energy, and peace.
Because you can care about people without saying yes to everything.

The True Aim Retreat is a skill-building archery experience for women who already shoot and want to refine their skills, deepen their practice, and reconnect with their focus, confidence, and direction.
Over the course of the weekend, participants will spend time on the range working with both paper and 3D targets, receive support with technique and equipment adjustments, and connect with other women in a relaxed and supportive outdoor setting.
This retreat blends archery, time outdoors, and intentional space for reflection and connection.
